Ilan Cohen is a 1996 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He is especially interested in soft-tissue surgery, pain management, and anesthesia. He also pursues trialing new technologies available in veterinary medicine.  Additionally, he serves as president of the Medical Advisory Board for National Veterinary Associates. Prior to starting with Dr. Hunt in 2005, Dr. Cohen practiced in Santa Fe and New York.  For fun, he enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, snowboarding, and almost any other outdoor activity. Playing guitar is his favorite rainy day hobby. Dr. Cohen is a Fear Free Certified Professional.
