Amanda Houpt has been a vet tech for 15 years and an animal lover her whole life.  She lives with her husband, dog Maisy, rabbits Quinn and Georgie, beta fish Mr. Longfellow and hermit crab Zeebs.  Amanda attended Penn State University and is an avid alumnus.  In her free time, she enjoys Hallmark Channel holiday movies, Golden Girls reruns, and crocheting.
