Dr. Ilan Cohen, VMD
Ilan Cohen is a 1996 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He is especially interested in soft-tissue surgery, pain management, and anesthesia. Prior to starting with Dr. Hunt in 2005, Dr. Cohen practiced in Santa Fe and New York. Dr. Cohen lives in Bala Cynwyd with his wife, three boys, and dog, Tova. He enjoys mountain-biking, backpacking, snow-boarding, and almost any other outdoor activity. Playing guitar is his favorite rainy day hobby. Dr. Cohen co-manages the practice with Dr. Diehl.
Dr. Davis Diehl, VMD
Davis Diehl graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School in 1983 and has been with St. George Hunt since 2001. Her professional interests include general medicine, geriatric care, and acupuncture, in which she is certified. Dr. Diehl is shown here with her neighbor Blizzard, as her cat, Bradley, impolitely declined to be photographed. Dr. Diehl lives in Devon and enjoys gardening, swimming, and hiking. She co-manages the practice with Dr. Cohen.
Dr. Julianne Grady, VMD
Julianne Grady is a 1996 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Grady enjoys focusing on pediatric, geriatric, and behavioral medicine. Twice weekly, she works as a surgeon for “Forgotten Cats,” a trap-neuter-return organization. She has worked at several hospitals on the Main Line, and first worked at St. George Hunt in 2000. Dr. Grady lives with her family in Bala Cynwyd. In her spare time she plays tennis, enjoys fitness activities, fosters kittens, and takes care of her three daughters and two dogs, Kaya and Chooch. (Please inquire with her about fostering/adopting kittens.)
Dr. Melissa Hoffman, DVM
Melissa Hoffman is a 1998 graduate of the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hoffman grew up in New Jersey and received her BA in Biological Science from Rutgers University in 1994. She also works one day each week for a non-profit cat rescue. Dr. Hoffman lives in Fort Washington with her husband and two boys, mixed-breed dog, five cats, one mouse, and a multitude of fish. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, geocaching, traveling, and taking walks with her dog, Paisley.
